Our Process
Conceptual Design
Our team works closely with you to understand your target market, budget, and style preferences for the model home. We then refine this information to create an initial design plan that maximizes space and aligns seamlessly with your overall vision.
Detailed Design
We take the approved Conceptual Design plan and bring it to life by selecting each specific item and ordering samples. During the Detailed Design Meeting, you’ll not only visualize the entire space through our design software but also experience it—feeling the fabrics and seeing the finishes in person.
Purchasing & Execution
Once the Detailed Design is approved, we take care of ordering all selected furnishings and fixtures. Everything is shipped directly to our white-glove delivery warehouse, where each item is carefully opened and inspected for damage. When the installation date is set, we deliver and install all items at the model home, thoughtfully stage the space, and walk through it with you to ensure everything is perfect.
